I am a certified Mental Health Coach, accredited by the American Association for Christian Counselors (AACC). I am the founder of Embraced Reliance and my goal is to connect the wellbeing of our bodies with the wellbeing of our minds. As a mom, wife, and entrepreneur, many of my days are met with tasks to complete, yet caring for the wellbeing of others and ensuring I do my part to normalize mental health is my mission. This site is founded on the belief that with a goal, faith and a plan you can consistently maintain a healthy mental lifestyle.
